Here’s some inner beauty tips that you could use for your long term beauty regimen to stay looking beautiful

– Drink at least 2 liters of water per day

– drinking enough water is an important anti aging strategy, as we get older our body’s water content decreases

– a great way to hydrate and detox first thing in the morning , getting rid of toxins that takes toll on the skin and getting the day’s Balancing act off to a positive start: 1/2 hour. Before breakfast drink a glass of lemon water to detoxify impurities and start with a somewhat clean slate for the day….there’s a few for you 🙂
